End to end, step by step

From the moment the box arrives at your hub or you pick it up, until the recipient has it in hand. Every step is recorded with date, time and who did it.

1. 1. You receive the package and register it

   One by one or hundreds at once with a spreadsheet. You save who receives it, their phone, the address, a landmark and, in Venezuela, their national ID.

   

2. 2. You print the label and stick it on the box

   Each package gets its tracking number, a QR code and a barcode, the landmark and the plus code of the exact spot, which Google Maps understands even offline. It prints on any printer.

   

3. 3. The recipient confirms where they receive it

   They get a WhatsApp message with a link: they mark their home on the map and add a landmark, no account needed. If they already use the Divoox app, the package arrives already located.

   

4. 4. You build the route and assign it

   You group the shipments in an area, the route is ordered by stops, and you assign it to one of your drivers or offer it.

   

5. 5. The driver loads, leaves and delivers

   In the Divoox Driver app they see their route, scan every box when loading (if one is missing, they know before leaving), navigate stop by stop and deliver with proof: photo, signature or code.

   

6. 6. Everyone knows where it is

   The recipient tracks with their tracking number and sees every step with date and time. To protect their privacy, tracking never shows names or addresses.

   

The exact location, before leaving

A written address isn’t enough to reach the door. That’s why every shipment shows whether its location is confirmed, and with one tap you ask the recipient for it on WhatsApp or mark it yourself with the pin. In Venezuela the route can’t leave until every stop has a confirmed spot: the driver doesn’t waste time calling to ask.

In Venezuela the customer pays on receipt. You set the amount on the shipment and the driver can’t deliver without recording the payment: how they paid (cash in dollars or bolívares, pago móvil, bank transfer, Zelle or card terminal), the reference and the payer’s ID. Back at the center, you mark “I received the cash” and everything is logged. Divoox doesn’t touch that money: it records it.
