Deliveries with an age check

If the order has items for people over 21, you hand it over in person, check the ID and note the ID type, its last four digits and the name of the person receiving.

How it works

The app tells you when an order has age-restricted items. It can’t be left at the door or in a safe spot: hand delivery only.

Ask for the ID, turn on “I checked the ID”, choose the type (driver’s license, passport, other), enter its last four digits and the person’s name as on the ID. That stays in the delivery evidence.

If the person is underage, shows no ID or it looks altered, don’t deliver: use “Help with this order”.

Steps

1. Hand it over in person and ask for the ID.
2. Mark the type, the last four digits and the name.
3. Tap “Handed to the customer”.
