Pick up in store, change the address, and tip after delivery

Three things you can do with your order: pick it up yourself with no delivery fee, change the address before the driver leaves (seeing the new total), and leave an extra tip after delivery.

How it works

Pick up in store: in the cart choose “I’ll pick it up.” No delivery fee. When the restaurant marks it ready, the app lets you know; you go get it and show your 4-digit PIN at the counter.

Change the address: as long as the driver hasn’t left the restaurant, open your order, tap “Change the delivery address,” type the new one or use your current location. If the delivery fee changes, we show you the new total and apply it only if you accept. Once the driver has left, message them through the chat.

Tip after delivery: if you liked the service, once your order is done you can leave 1, 2 or 5 dollars extra. It’s charged to your saved card, without typing it again, and goes in full to the driver. Once per order, up to 7 days later.

Steps

1. To pick up: in the cart choose “I’ll pick it up” and show your PIN when collecting.
2. To change the address: in your order, tap “Change the delivery address” and accept the new total if it changes.
3. For the extra tip: on your delivered order, tap $1, $2 or $5.
