When your order arrives: the estimate and the latest arrival time
You see two times: in how many minutes it arrives and the latest arrival time. And we tell you when the driver is a minute away and at your door.
How it works
“Arriving in about X min” is recalculated constantly with what’s left in the kitchen and the driver’s route.
“Latest arrival by…” is set when the restaurant accepts: its prep time, plus the trip, plus a margin. It’s our commitment.
When the driver is a minute away you get “Almost here,” and when they’re within 200 meters of your address, “Your driver is at your door.” Their location triggers it, not a button.

Steps
- Open your order: at the top you see the minutes and the latest arrival time.
- Keep notifications on to receive “Almost here” and “At your door.”
