Special instructions for an item

Ask for “no onions” or “well done” on each item, and the restaurant sees it in your order.

How it works

Tap the item and, below the options, write what you need under “Special instructions”. Each item has its own note.

If you order the same item twice with different notes, they show up as two lines in your cart so they don’t get mixed up.

The restaurant sees the note next to the item, on its screen and on the printed ticket. Notes are for simple changes; anything that costs extra is chosen with the item’s options.

Steps

1. Tap the item on the restaurant’s menu.
2. Write your note under “Special instructions”.
3. Tap “Add to cart”. The note shows in your cart next to the item.
