Divoox Flex: track a package with its tracking number

Whoever receives a package enters its tracking number and sees where it is: received at the hub, ready, on its way, delivered.

How it works

Every package has a tracking number that starts with DVX and is printed on the label. With it, anyone can see the package status and every step with its date and time.

For privacy, tracking never shows names, phones or addresses: only the statuses.

Steps

1. Go to “Track a package” on divoox.com.
2. Enter the tracking number (it starts with DVX) and tap “Track”.
