Divoox Flex: assign routes and follow every delivery

Build a route with its stops in order, assign it to your own driver or offer it to a network driver, and follow loading, deliveries, exceptions and returns live.

How it works

A route is a run with several stops: it can carry 30, 40 or more packages. For the driver it is a single job: while doing it, they get no other routes or food orders.

You assign a route directly to your company’s own driver. A Divoox network driver gets an offer for a limited time (for example, 60 minutes) and decides whether to accept it. If two companies try to book the same driver at the same time, only one gets them.

Before the route goes out you can change the stop order. Every stop needs verified coordinates: if one is missing, Divoox won’t let the route leave until you fix it in the shipment details.

At the hub, the driver scans every package (the label’s QR code or barcode). A package from another route isn’t loaded, and scanning it twice doesn’t count twice. If one is missing, they mark it and it’s recorded.

In “Live routes” you see progress in green, every stop with its status, the driver’s last location while working, delivery photos and signatures, and exceptions. The screen refreshes itself every 20 seconds.

You decide which proof you require on every delivery: photo, recipient PIN, signature, or allowing contactless delivery with a photo. A shipment can ask for something different. Without the required proof, the driver can’t mark it delivered.

When a delivery can’t be made, the driver picks the reason (nobody there, wrong address, couldn’t get in, refused, damaged package, safety issue or other) and the next step: retry on the same route, reschedule or return to sender. You can authorize a retry from the exception.

Whatever isn’t delivered goes back to the hub. The driver scans it when dropping it off and your team confirms reception in “Returns”: until then the return isn’t complete. When the route closes there’s a summary with deliveries, exceptions and returns.

Steps

  1. In “Batches & routes”, build the route with the shipments in stop order.
  2. In “Live routes”, open the route, pick the driver and tap “Assign” (own) or “Offer” (network).
  3. Follow progress and exceptions; authorize a retry if needed.
  4. When the driver returns, confirm each package they hand you in “Returns”.

Divoox Flex commissions are charged from your wallet (see “your wallet, top-ups, commissions and receipts”).
