Divoox Flex: notifications, suggested order, capacity and operations metrics
Divoox notifies the right people on their phones, suggests the best stop order, checks whether a route fits the vehicle, notifies your own system of every change and shows how your operation is doing.
How it works
Phone notifications: the driver is notified when a route is offered or assigned, when an offer is about to expire, if it is withdrawn or canceled, and when you authorize a retry. Tapping the notification opens the route directly. Your team is notified when the driver accepts or declines, leaves the hub, reports an exception, finishes all stops, heads back with returns and closes the route. Each notification arrives only once and never includes the recipientâs name, phone or address.
Offers that expire on their own: if nobody accepts an offer in time, the route goes back to draft by itself, its packages are free for another route and we let you know. If the driver accepts at that exact moment, only one of the two wins: nothing is left halfway.
Suggested order: in the details of a route that hasnât left yet, tap âSuggest orderâ. Divoox computes a shorter path starting at your hub, respects each deliveryâs time window and puts the stops you mark as urgent first. It shows the approximate distance before and after; it is straight-line, not driving distance, and it never makes up times. Nothing changes until you tap âApplyâ. A route already on the street is never reordered.
Vehicle capacity: in âVehiclesâ you declare how much each of your driversâ vehicles carries (packages, weight, volume and the longest side of a package). When you assign or offer a route with that vehicle, Divoox warns you first if it doesnât fit and only continues if you confirm. Whatever you donât declare stays âno dataâ: Divoox doesnât guess.
Integrations: in âIntegrationsâ you register your systemâs secure (https) address and choose which changes you want: package created, assigned, loaded, on the way, delivered, not delivered or returned; route assigned, accepted, on the way or finished; and exceptions. Divoox notifies your system every time, signed with a secret shown only once. If your system doesnât respond, it retries for almost a day and, if it keeps failing, the integration pauses itself. You can send a test, see every attempt and change the secret without interrupting the service.
Operations: in âOperationsâ you see, for the dates you choose, routes on the street, open offers, delivered and undelivered packages, the share delivered on the first attempt, the share delivered within the time window (only if your shipments have one), exceptions by reason and the average route duration. These are operations metrics: there are no charges or payments here.
Steps
- In âVehiclesâ, declare the capacity of your driversâ vehicles.
- In the route details, tap âSuggest orderâ, review the distance and tap âApplyâ if it helps.
- When assigning, pick the vehicle: if the route doesnât fit, decide whether to assign it anyway.
- In âIntegrationsâ, register your systemâs address, save the secret and send a test.
- In âOperationsâ, pick the dates and review your metrics.
Divoox Flex commissions are charged from your wallet (see âyour wallet, top-ups, commissions and receiptsâ).
