Divoox Flex: your wallet, top-ups, commissions and receipts

Top up with your card, Divoox charges its commission only for delivered packages, and you see every movement with its receipt.

How it works

Your wallet shows three figures: the available balance (what you can use), the amount reserved for routes (the commission set aside for routes already out) and the total. Everything comes from Divoox’s activity record: nothing is added or subtracted without its own line.

Top up: in “Wallet”, “Top up”, pick a suggested amount (for example 10, 20, 50 or 100 dollars) or another within your country’s limits, and pay with your card on the same screen. Payments are processed by Stripe; Divoox never sees or stores your card number. The balance is added only when Stripe confirms the charge, just once even if you tap twice.

Commissions: your rate appears in the wallet (for example, 0.25 dollars per delivered package). When you assign or offer a route, Divoox sets aside the estimated commission; if it isn’t enough, the route doesn’t go out and you’re told why. Each delivered package is charged only once, even if the driver retries or the phone loses signal. Whatever wasn’t delivered or loaded goes back to your available balance when the route leaves and when it closes.

Example: you top up 50 dollars; a 40-package route sets aside 10; delivering all 40 charges the 10 and leaves you 40 available. If 38 had been delivered, 9.50 is charged and the other 0.50 goes back to your available balance.

The rate is locked when the route goes out: if the rate changes later, that route is charged with the one it had. Rates never change retroactively.

Receipts: every top-up, refund, adjustment and each route’s commissions have a numbered receipt with date and amount. You can print it or save it as PDF. They are wallet receipts, not tax invoices.

Settings: choose the balance at which we alert you, whether you also want email alerts and, if your country allows it, automatic top-up: when the available balance drops below the threshold, we top up the amount you choose with your saved card (at most once an hour).

If a refund or a chargeback leaves an outstanding balance, new routes won’t go out until you top up (the next top-up pays the outstanding amount first). Routes already on the street finish normally.

Steps

  1. In your company panel open “Wallet” and check your available balance and your rate.
  2. Tap “Top up”, choose the amount and pay with your card on the same screen.
  3. Assign your routes as usual: Divoox sets aside the commission and charges only what’s delivered.
  4. In “Receipts” filter by date and download the ones you need.
  5. In “Settings” choose your balance alert and, if you like, automatic top-up.

Card top-ups are turned on country by country.
