Divoox Flex: create shipments, import packages from a sheet and label them
Create shipments one at a time or import hundreds from a CSV file; every package gets its code, its label with QR and barcode, and its chain of custody.
How it works
A shipment is one destination with one or more packages: who receives it, the address, the instructions and, if you want, your own order number as a reference.
For many packages, import a CSV sheet. Columns can be in English or Spanish: reference, recipient, phone, address, latitude, longitude, instructions, packages, weight and description. Only recipient and address are required.
First you see a preview: how many rows are valid and which have errors (an empty address, a reference repeated in the sheet or that already exists). You confirm and only the valid rows are created; the same sheet is never imported twice.
Every package has a tracking code and a label with a QR code and a barcode. None of them carries private data: they are identifiers only your company can resolve in the panel.
In each packageâs details you see its chain of custody: created, received at hub, ready, loaded, in transit, delivered or returned, with the time and who recorded it.
Steps
- In âShipmentsâ tap âNew shipmentâ for a single one, or open âImportâ and choose your CSV file.
- Review the preview, fix the rows with errors if you want, and confirm.
- In âLabelsâ, check the packages and tap âPrintâ: two per sheet, ready to stick.
- Track every package in âPackagesâ and record its steps from the details.
