Top driver

Meet all five requirements and you’re a top driver: at the same distance, offers reach you first.

How it works

The requirements are: a customer rating of 4.7 or higher, 70% or higher acceptance, 95% or more completed orders, 100 deliveries in the last 30 days and 200 deliveries in total.

Under “Ratings” you see each requirement with your number and the goal; the ones you meet show in green.

We check it every time you go online or open your ratings. If you stop meeting one, you stop being a top driver until you get it back; nobody is deactivated for this.

If you also have a booked shift, the shift comes first.

1. Open “Ratings” in the app.
2. See which requirements you’re missing.
3. Meet all five and you’re a top driver.
