Upload your menu from a spreadsheet

Upload your whole menu at once with a spreadsheet, or ask our team to load it for you.

How it works

At the bottom of “Menu” you’ll find “Upload your menu from a spreadsheet”. Download the template, fill it in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers with one row per item (category, name, description and price, in Spanish and English) and save it as CSV.

Upload the file and tap “Review the spreadsheet”. Before saving you see how many items will be created, how many updated, and which rows have an error, with the row number and the reason, so you can fix them.

If an item already exists with the same name, it’s updated (price, description, category); it isn’t duplicated. Photos and options are added afterwards, item by item.

If you’d rather not do it yourself, our team can load your menu for you during onboarding: message us from Support.

Steps

1. Menu → “Download the template”.
2. Fill one row per item and save as CSV.
3. Upload the file, check the preview and tap “Save”.
