Connect your POS system

With a key from your restaurant, your POS system receives Divoox orders and accepts them or marks them ready without touching the tablet.

How it works

In your panel, open “My restaurant” and scroll to “Connect your point of sale”. Only the owner sees this part.

Name the key and tap “Create key”. The full key is shown only once: copy it and give it to whoever sets up your system.

With it, your system reads the orders in progress (items, options, notes and whether it’s scheduled) and can accept them or mark them ready. It never sees the customer’s address, phone or money.

If you change systems or lose the key, revoke it from the three dots: it stops working right away.

Steps

1. Open “My restaurant”.
2. Under “Connect your point of sale”, create a key.
3. Give it to whoever sets up your system.
