Print kitchen tickets

Print each order for the kitchen, by hand or automatically when you accept it, with any receipt printer connected to your computer or tablet.

How it works

In Orders, every accepted or ready order has a “Print ticket” button.

If you check “Print the ticket when accepting”, printing opens every time you accept an order. The setting is saved on that device.

The ticket shows the order number, whether it’s delivery or pickup, whether it’s scheduled, the items with their options and the notes. It doesn’t show the customer’s address or money.

It prints at the 80 mm width of thermal printers; it can also be printed on a regular page.

Steps

1. Open Orders.
2. Check “Print the ticket when accepting” or tap “Print ticket”.
