Dietary filters: vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal, and spicy
Restaurants can label their dishes as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal, or spicy. You see those labels on the menu and can filter search by them, with or without typing anything.
How it works
In search, right below the search bar, there’s a row of filters: Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-free, Halal, and Spicy. Tap one and Divoox shows the dishes in your city with that label, even if you haven’t typed anything.
You can combine a filter with what you type: “pizza” plus “Vegetarian” shows only vegetarian pizzas. Under “Restaurants” you’ll see the ones with at least one dish carrying that label. To clear the filter, tap it again.
On each restaurant’s menu, labels appear in green under the dish name, and again when you open the dish.
For restaurants: when you create or edit a dish, in the dashboard or the restaurant app, check the labels that apply. You can check several. If a dish no longer meets a label, remove it right away.
Each restaurant sets its own labels. If you have an allergy, always confirm with the restaurant before ordering: a label doesn’t replace that conversation.
Steps
- Open search from the home screen.
- Tap the filter you want (for example, “Vegan”).
- If you like, also type a dish or a cuisine.
- Tap a result to open the restaurant and order.
