Accept orders automatically

Turn on one switch and every new order is accepted with the suggested time, and a driver is sent right away.

How it works

On the Orders screen in the dashboard, or on Home in the restaurant app, you’ll find “Accept orders automatically”. When it’s on, every new order is accepted as soon as the customer pays, with the suggested prep time (your kitchen’s real average plus any “Busy kitchen” minutes).

The new-order sound still plays so your team starts cooking. The customer sees right away that you accepted, and we look for a driver without waiting.

An order scheduled for later is accepted automatically 45 minutes before its time. If an item is missing and the customer hasn’t decided what to do yet, the order waits for their answer.

You can turn it off anytime, for example during your busiest hours. Only the owner and managers can change it.

Steps

1. Open Orders in the dashboard or Home in the restaurant app.
2. Turn on “Accept orders automatically”.
3. From now on, new orders go straight to preparation.
