Your Divoox level: how it’s calculated and how to move up
A score from 0 to 100 made of five parts. Depending on your score you’re Starter, Silver, Gold or Diamond, and higher levels get nearby offers first and can earn rewards.
How it works
On the app’s home screen you see your level and your score, for example “Gold · 81.2 out of 100”, and how many points you need for the next one.
The score comes from your latest deliveries, in five parts: completed deliveries (up to 30 points), on time (25), problem-free orders (20), customer rating (15) and offers accepted (10). Under your level, “How your score is built” shows what each part adds.
What isn’t your fault doesn’t bring you down: ratings caused by restaurant delays, no-show customers with proof and excused offers don’t count. If you’re new, your score starts in the middle and gets sharper with your deliveries.
You move up as soon as you reach the score. To move down you have to stay below it for several days in a row: one bad day won’t take your level away.
Rewards: when you complete a number of deliveries that count, you earn a reward that is a share of what those deliveries left to Divoox. It’s paid to your wallet a few days later, once there are no claims.
Something wasn’t your fault? In “My level” you pick the delivery, tell us what happened and our team reviews it. If you’re right, that delivery stops counting.

Steps
- Open the driver app: your level is on the home screen.
- Read “How your score is built” to see which part you can improve.
- If a delivery wasn’t your fault, ask for a review right there.
