Who pays me and when does it arrive?
If you’re a restaurant or a driver in the United States, your payouts are made by Stripe Connect, the payments platform behind many large apps. You connect your bank account once and Stripe deposits to it.
How it works
Who pays you: Stripe Connect. Divoox records every sale or every delivery with its tip in your balance, and Stripe sends that money to your bank. You enter your bank details at Stripe: Divoox never sees them.
How you connect your bank: drivers, in Divoox Driver → “My wallet” → “Connect my bank account”; restaurants, in the panel → “Earnings.” Stripe asks for your details and your account’s, and verifies your identity. You do it only once.
Which account works: a U.S. bank account, checking or savings, in your name. If you’re a restaurant, your business account, in the name of the company you registered.
When it arrives: your first payout usually takes 7 to 14 days from your first charge, because Stripe reviews new accounts. After that, each withdrawal normally arrives in 2 to 3 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
If a payout doesn’t arrive or the bank rejects it, the app tells you and what to fix (see “If a payout to your bank fails”). If something doesn’t add up, write to us from “I have a problem” and a person replies.
