Earn by Time: get paid per active hour instead of per offer

When Divoox turns it on in your area, you choose before going online whether to earn per offer or by time: a guaranteed minimum for each active hour.

How it works

There are two ways to earn. Per offer: you see what each order pays before accepting it. By time: you’re guaranteed an amount per active hour, from accepting an order until you deliver it, plus a per-mile amount if Divoox includes one.

If the offer pays more than the guarantee, you get the offer: by-time pay is a floor, never a ceiling. Tips and Peak Pay are added on top, in full.

You choose it on the Divoox Driver home screen, under “How do you want to earn today?”, before going online. While you’re online it can’t be changed; go offline to change it.

When Earn by Time isn’t available in your area, that card doesn’t show and you earn per offer, as usual.

Steps

1. Open Divoox Driver without going online.
2. Under “How do you want to earn today?”, tap “Per offer” or “By time.”
3. Go online. When you deliver, your pay is calculated with the mode you chose.
